A kennel visit is really two shoots in one. Breeders and canine businesses need dogs photographed properly, and they need the facility to look like what it is. LUXELENS covers both in the same booking, and can shoot film alongside the stills. London based, travelling across the UK.
What a kennel visit covers
The dogs
Individual frames for every dog you want represented — head studies, full-body and, where the dog presents well, stacked frames. Group and line-up frames where they work safely together.
The facility
Buildings, runs, grounds, grooming and whelping areas. This is usually the part buyers and clients most want to see, and the part most kennels have no decent photographs of.
Social content
Vertical stills and short clips sized for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, shot in the same visit rather than cropped down afterwards.
Film
A promotional film covering the kennel and the dogs, plus a reel set from the same coverage. Handled through canine videography.
Travelling to your kennel
LUXELENS is based in London and travels across the UK for kennel work, and internationally for larger projects. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately from the shoot rate, so what you pay for the shoot itself stays the published rate. Multi-day and multi-site kennel projects are quoted as custom work.

Do you travel outside London for kennel work?
Yes. LUXELENS is London based and travels across the UK for kennel work, and internationally for larger projects. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately from the shoot rate.
Can you photograph multiple dogs at a kennel?
Yes — kennel days are usually built around several dogs. Each dog gets its own set of frames, and group or line-up frames can be included where the dogs work safely together.
Can you create content for breeder and kennel social media?
Yes. Alongside website imagery, the same visit can produce vertical stills and short clips sized for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Can kennel photography and videography be combined?
Yes. Most kennel bookings combine both — stills for listings and websites, plus a short promotional film or reel set. See canine videography for the film side.
Can you photograph facilities as well as dogs?
Yes. Buildings, runs, grounds, grooming and whelping areas can all be covered, which is often what buyers and clients want to see before they visit.
How long does a kennel visit take?
It depends on the number of dogs and whether video is included. Four hours suits a focused visit; eight hours suits a larger kennel or a photo and film combination. Larger projects are quoted directly.
