Dog show photography, covered like an event that only happens once
Show days do not wait. Coverage is planned in passes so the ring is photographed properly first, then exhibitors, winners and atmosphere — with reels and a highlight edit cut from the same day.

How the day is covered
01 · Ring first
Classes, gaiting, stacking and placements. The frames that cannot be re-shot get covered before anything else.
02 · Exhibitors & kennels
Portraits with dogs between classes — handler, dog and kennel identity in frame, shot quickly so nobody misses their call.
03 · Winners
Placement and award frames as they happen, plus a calmer set afterwards where the schedule allows.
04 · Atmosphere
Crowd, benching, grooming areas and detail frames — the parts of a show day that make a gallery feel like the event.
05 · Video & reels
Vertical reels and a landscape highlight edit produced from the same coverage, framed for both crops on the day.
Who books show coverage
Organisers & clubs
Full-day coverage, winners' galleries, sponsor-facing content and a highlight film to promote the next show.
Exhibitors
Individual sessions with your dog around the ring schedule, so you leave with proper frames rather than phone photos.
Kennels
Show-day content tied back to your kennel's website and social profiles, matched to the rest of your kennel imagery.
Frames from shows and events
Ring presentations, placement line-ups and event sets — including the car and dog set shot around the ABKC Sinatra event. Select an image to open it larger.

Dog show coverage questions
Do you cover full dog shows?
Yes. Full-day show coverage includes ringside classes, movement and stacking, placements, exhibitors and the atmosphere around the ring. Full days are booked as the eight-hour package or quoted as a custom project.
Can exhibitors book individual photography on the day?
Yes. Individual exhibitor and kennel sessions can be arranged around the ring schedule. Message ahead of the show so a slot can be held.
Can you create reels and video from a show?
Yes. Vertical reels and a landscape highlight edit can be produced from the same day's coverage, framed with both crops in mind while shooting.
Do you travel outside London for shows?
Yes. LUXELENS has covered shows across the UK and Europe, including UKBKC and ABKC shows, and travels for show work. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately.
Can organisers request custom show coverage?
Yes. Organisers and clubs can request a custom scope — multi-ring coverage, winners' galleries, sponsor content or a promotional film — quoted as a custom project.
Have a show date in the diary?
Send the date, the venue and roughly how many rings are running. Full days are booked as the eight-hour package; multi-ring and multi-day shows are quoted directly.
