Who is responsible

LUXELENS LTD (company number 17389020, registered in england and wales) operates LuxeLens Global and every LuxeLens branch. LUXELENS LTD is the data controller for information collected through this website.

The registered office address is not published on this site yet. Until it is, please use the contact routes on the contact page.

What this site collects

This website has no contact form, no account system, no newsletter signup and no payment process. It does not ask you to submit personal information.

  • If you call or message us, we hold what you choose to tell us so we can reply and, where relevant, quote for work.
  • Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
  • Aggregated, non-identifying usage measurement may be used to understand which pages are useful.

No advertising trackers, profiling or data sales take place through this site.

Why we hold it

  • To respond to your enquiry — our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
  • To perform a contract, if you go on to engage a LuxeLens branch for work.
  • To keep the site secure and functioning — our legitimate interest in reliable operation.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations where they apply.

How long it is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for the relationship, and records connected to paid work are kept for the period required by UK accounting and tax rules. Technical logs are short-lived.

Who else sees it

Information is not sold or rented. It may be handled by the service providers that host this website, deliver our email and phone communications, or provide accounting support — each only to the extent needed to provide that service.

Links to external platforms, such as Instagram or WhatsApp, take you to services with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how it is used, and ask for it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email legal@luxelensglobal.com or use the routes on the contact page.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your information has been handled improperly.

Cookies and measurement

No advertising or profiling cookies are set by this site. Your browser may store a small amount of local data purely to remember interface state, such as whether the opening animation has already been shown in this session.

If an analytics or consent tool is added later, this policy and the site will be updated before it goes live.

Changes

This policy will be updated as the ecosystem develops — particularly as further branch websites launch. The current version is always the one published here.
