Accessibility statement

Our aim

LuxeLens Global should be usable by everyone, including people using a keyboard, screen reader, magnification or reduced-motion settings. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

What is built in

  • A skip link to the main content on every page.
  • A single, correctly ordered heading structure per page.
  • Real HTML landmarks: header, navigation, main and footer.
  • Visible focus outlines on every interactive element.
  • Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels.
  • Text contrast tested against the dark background.
  • Meaningful link text — never 'click here'.
  • Links that open in a new tab are announced as doing so.
  • Decorative logo imagery is hidden from screen readers; meaningful imagery has alternative text.
  • Brand structure is presented as a real nested list, not an image or canvas.
  • All animation is disabled when your system requests reduced motion, and content stays fully visible.

Known limitations

The LuxeLens logos are supplied artwork and are used exactly as provided, so their internal contrast cannot be adjusted. Where a logo carries meaning, the same information is also written in text beside it.

External platforms we link to, such as Instagram and WhatsApp, are outside our control and have their own accessibility standards.

Motion

The site uses restrained fade and small movement effects, and a short opening reveal that appears once per session. If your device is set to reduce motion, the reveal is skipped entirely and all content appears immediately.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site is difficult or impossible to use, please tell us. Call 07405 142575 or message us on WhatsApp, and describe the page and the problem. We will fix what we can and tell you honestly if something will take time.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is checked as each new page and branch is added, rather than treated as a one-off audit. This statement will be updated as the ecosystem grows.
