How a London event booking runs
You choose a coverage window — two hours, half day or full day. LUXELENS arrives early to read the light and the room, shoots the arrivals, the key moments and the detail, and works with your venue's restrictions rather than against them. Low-light venues are covered with LUXELENS lighting, brought as standard.
Venues, access and permissions
Access, power, parking and any venue photography restrictions are checked before the date. Central London venues with tight load-in windows or no-flash policies are normal here, and the plan is set before the event rather than improvised on the night.
Delivery and turnaround
Selected frames are delivered fast for social while the event is still current, with the full edited set in a private LUXELENS gallery at full resolution. Vertical reels can be cut from the same coverage when video is included.

No. Any London postcode is £0 travel. Events outside London are quoted with travel calculated transparently from the LUXELENS base before you confirm.
Can you shoot photo and video at the same event?
Yes. Photo and video come from one booking, which is why the stills and the vertical edits look like the same event rather than two different ones.
How long should I book for?
Two hours suits a launch or a focused segment, a half day covers arrivals through the main moments, and a full day suits shows and multi-part programmes.
What about dark venues and no-flash rules?
LUXELENS carries its own lighting and shoots comfortably in low light, and works to venue restrictions agreed in advance.
How quickly do I get the images?
A selected set is delivered for social while the event is still current, with the full gallery following after editing.
